[摘要] 采用“醒脑开窍”针刺法治疗中风病9005例，经3～5疗程(每疗程10天)观察，痊愈5337例，占59. 27 % ，显效2085例，占23. 15 %，好转1453例，占16. 14%，无效40例，占0.44 %，死亡9例，占1.0%，总有效率为98.56 %。并对临床实验室有关指标进行了观察，治疗前后比较，差异有显著性意义(P <0. 05，P <0. 01)。

　　[Abstract] The author adopted the acupuncture method of "sharpening mind and inducing consciousness" to treat 9005 cases of apoplexy，through observation in 3~5 periods (10 days / 1 period of treatment)，the number of recovery patients were 5337 cases (59. 27 %)，significant effect 2085 cases(23. 15 %)，the mend 1453 cases(16. 14 %)，no effect 40 cases(0. 44 %)，death 9 cases (1. 0 %) . And through observation of related targets in clinical lab and comparing with those before treatment，the difference had a distinct significance ( P <0.05，P <0. 01).
